Lincolnshire and District Medical Services (LADMS) is a Private Limited Company providing both NHS and Private Healthcare services across Lincolnshire.

LADMS may be working with various regulatory bodies and health care organisations in collaboration with your GP practice to provide medical services to patients.

A PCN is Primary Care Network. This group is made up of practices within the local area that have come together to provide enhanced services to the locality.

The ICB is Integrated Care Board formally known as Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The ICB commission services to local providers such as PCN’s, GP practices and LADMS.

CQC is the Care Quality Commissioner. The CQC are the regulatory body for Healthcare across England.

The Enhanced Access is accessible via patients own GP surgeries during the week and via NHS111 during evenings and weekends.

This service operates evenings and weekends, providing additional access for patients to healthcare professionals. Please be aware that there are a limited number of appointments per day open for both GP Surgeries and NHS111 to book into.

Patients on Warfarin therapy, referred by their registered GP (Beacon Medical Practice or Hawthorn Medical Practice in Skegness), are eligible for our Anticoagulation Service in Skegness.

 

This service offers regular monitoring to ensure effective and safe treatment. Please be aware that patients who visit Skegness can register as a ‘Temporary Resident’ with either surgery can be seen by LADMS too.

LADMS Chambers C.I.C operates similarly to locum agencies providing medical and administrative staff to local services, practices, and hospitals.
