The AGM is held so that shareholders of the company may hear about what the company has achieved over the past twelve months and to provide an opportunity to put questions to the LADMS Board of Directors. Only shareholders of the company (those who have completed a company shareholder form), can attend and vote on resolutions.
The relevant forms are attached, please ensure that you read the documents carefully and those that are members, please cast your vote accordingly ensuring that any proxy votes are returned no later than 48 hours before the AGM.
