LADMS prides itself on being awarded the EHCH contract back in 2021. Another vital suffice which support those, by delivering care to people living in care homes that focuses on the needs of residents, their families, and care home staff. The model was achieved ahead of schedule in 2020, and its priorities include:

The EHCH model is based on the principles of moving away from traditional reactive models of care, putting people at the heart of decisions, providing personalised care and support, working with care providers and local authorities, and using digital fundamentals.
The EHCH model applies to:
• People who self-fund their care
• People whose care is funded by the NHS or their local authority
• Homes for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
LADMS supports this by ensuring that all patients have informative and accurate Respect Forms which provide the wishes and clinical needs of the patient. Leading on Care Manager and Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, ward rounds and ensuring all stakeholders are collaborated with to achieve the highest of standards and is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
